A FAMILY BUSINESS

Cornerstone Homes TC is a local real estate building and investment company founded by Roger Send in 1995. A Traverse City native, Roger lived on Tenth street the first 20 years of his life, right across the street from the house his father was born in 1913. Cornerstone became a family business when Roger’s son, Jason, joined the team in 2010. Jason’s sister Amanda and brother-in-law Jake have since joined the team, rounding out the next generation of the family business. With their 50+ years of combined real estate knowledge and experience, Cornerstone Homes TC continues to improve their community by building high quality new homes and commercial buildings and remodeling homes in need of repair.
