Due to the high demand for homes and the high demand with our team, we are only taking on 6 more custom homes for 2023 and will not provide a custom home bid or any consultative services without a pre-construction services agreement. We do include a project budget, schedule, specifications, selections, and will help you get in contact with an architect/draftsman for blueprints.
