How long have you been with CHTC?

Tell us about your career path.
I started as an operating room scrub tech, then became a nurse once I completed school. Later, I completed a degree in informatics and worked in electronic record implementation, quality improvement, and some government contract work on public health and development of new software to improve healthcare outcomes and reduce costs.
What do you love most about what you do?
I love working in the family business with the Sends and our awesome team, improving our communities by building great homes. I enjoy most seeing how making small improvements in our processes and materials (and testing new products) makes a big difference in the quality of our homes.
Tell us a surprising or a fun fact about you.
When I’m not working or spending time with my wife and 4 kids, I love playing guitar and practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Seung-Ni.
