CitySide Lofts is centrally located in between East and West bay with access to beautiful parks and beaches. CitySide Lofts was built by Cornerstone Homes TC in 2020, a 16 unit, 3 story building that is pet friendly and ready for your next vacation in Traverse City.
Walk into our master bedrooms that have a king size bed, flat screen tv, and a spacious walk in closet to fit all of your belongings (or new purchases). The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, stocked with toiletry essentials. Don’t worry if you decide to extend your stay, each unit comes with their own washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies.
All of our smart TVs feature streaming capabilities only. Please access your own streaming service accounts while at CitySide Lofts.
In the living room you will find a sleeper sofa along with a large flat screen tv. CitySide Lofts is just a few blocks away from downtown, known for their delicious restaurants. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, keurig). A few K-cups will be provided to get your vacation started on the right foot. Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in our lot, you will receive a parking pass upon check in.
Please note that these units are dog friendly with a maximum of two dogs allowed. We try our best to keep hair allergens away but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware.
