Cass & 14th Framing has begun

You've probably noticed the construction activity at the corner of Cass and 14th. We're building two great homes (720 sq ft, 2 bedrooms, with vaulted ceilings and granite countertops) for under 200k each.

The last few weeks we've been working on excavation, utilities, footings and foundation, but this week we've begun framing. Take a look while you're driving by, but drive safe ;)
