We are thrilled to witness the impressive culmination of our efforts as we wrap up our largest building project to date. Undoubtedly, we have encountered various challenges along the way, yet our excitement remains as we enter the final stages of this project.
1st Floor
Electrical inspection has passed. Mechanical and plumbing inspections are happening this week.
2nd, 3rd & 4th Floors
We got our certificate of occupancy on these floors a few weeks ago. Owners are starting to move in and put their personal touches on each unit. We are shifting our focus to punch list items on a few remaining units.
Rooftop
The paving and turf is completed. Last week the hot tubs were filled and are operational. The ultimate hangout spot is open for its tenants to enjoy.
